Q1. How will may order be sent?

A1. Your order will be dispatched in a plain white/brown jiffy bag with no identifying marks or reference to the contents.

Q2. How will I be billed - what will it say on my credit/debit card?

A2. You will be billed by SME Fertility Ltd - however your credit/debit card will only show SMEF Order or SMEF Online Order, it will not contain any reference to the order itself. This is for your privacy.

Q3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A3. 1st Class should be delivered within the next 1-2 working days. All orders are processed and despatched the same day (if placed before 5pm).

Q4. Can I cancel my order?

A4. Yes, if you need to cancel your order please email sales@smefertility.com quoting your order number. If your order has already been dispatched you must email us with 7 days and then return the products in the same unopended packaging. Once received, we will refund your order.

Q5. How much does postage cost?

A5. £1.95 for first class postage per order.

Q6. What if you don't stock my size?

A6. Send us an email and we will do our best to stock your preferred condom within 7 working days.
